Store Policies

The Craft Room offers the following Policies:

• RETURN POLICY:  All returns must be authorized through the Customer Service Department and require an authorization prior to the product being returned to The Craft Room/Freeform Designs.  Product that has been authorized for return must have the return authorization number identified on the exterior of the carton and be shipped prepaid to us at 584 W. Girard Rd, Union City, MI  49094.  Returns must be within 30 days of receipt as date appears on Fed Ex or U.P.S. tracking information.  All products returned to us in undamaged condition.

• DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY:  If you have received damaged merchandise please call our Customer Service Department 1-800-841-5511 at your earliest opportunity.
  M-F 8:30 to 4:30 EST

All damage claims  must be authorized through our Customer Service Department and require an authorization prior to credit, replacement, or the product being returned to The Craft Room/Freeform Designs.  Damaged item returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt as date appears on Fed Ex or U.P.S. tracking information.

• PRIVACY POLICY:  The Craft Room is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to valerie@thecraftroom.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
  
  The Craft Room does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
